How do you make the products?

Products are produced in the UK, in Devon with with a laser cutter / engraver but we are able to post throughout the United Kingdom.  Our personalised gifts are really quite special!

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We are looking into shipping outside of the UK, this option is currently not available on the website. If you like a product contact us and we will get a quote across to you.

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to dispatch everything within 3 working days, banners will go up on the website if this changes! We aim to stick to this at Christmas time, but will advise on the website if times are stretching. Most of our products require personalisation, hence the timescales.

How do you post?

We have Royal Mail shipping options available at checkout.

What if I’m not happy with my product?

All personalised products are non-returnable unless damage has occurred. If you are not happy, please contact us and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss best options, we really do want you to love and be happy with your product! We seriously don’t think this will be the case though, as our stuff is absolutely awesome!
